Global Center was founded by Kristján Guy Burgess in 2005 to focus on strategy, cooperation and action in international affairs. Two years of intense activity have helped create a wide ranging and ever growing network linking Global Center with leading institutions and actors in the international sphere.

Our purpose is:

• to facilitate cooperation and build networks between public and private entities, scientists
• and other experts, business leaders and people of influence in Iceland and other countries
